FAQ

When is the workshop?

 The live workshop is on Tuesday July 21st at 7pm-8:30pm CT. Come live if you can — it's the best experience — but you'll get the replay either way.

What if I can't make it live?

The replay goes out the same day so you can watch (or rewatch). It will be available for 5 days after before it turns into a paid offer.

Do I need any experience with somatic work?

None at all. If you've never done this before, you're in exactly the right place — we start from the very beginning. Anyone new to or experienced are welcome.

Do I need to be flexible or "fit"?

No. This isn't a workout. It's about learning to read and listen to the body you already have, exactly as it is today.

Is this going to be overwhelming or too "woo"?

No. It's simple, clear, and grounded — you'll leave with practical things you can use the same day. We move gently and you stay in control of your own pace the whole time.

How much is it?
