HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
The exact times are still being determined, but plan for a full-day. If you purchase a VIP ticket, this will take place once the main event wraps up. We will send times ASAP so you can start to make accommodations.

WHAT IF I'M TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN?
If you're driving in from outside of Columbus, we recommend booking a hotel nearby. This is a full-day transformational event that involves deep emotional release, somatic work, and energetic activation — you may feel tired or deeply grounded afterward. Staying locally ensures you’re well-rested, safe, and supported before heading back home. However, if you are unable to stay, that is okay! Don't let this prevent you from attending!

WHAT IF I'M FLYING IN?
Your best airport option is Omaha (OMA).
It is roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes from Columbus. If you’re flying in, please plan to rent a vehicle for your travel. Uber and Lyft are not reliable for long-distance trips between Omaha and Columbus, so we do not recommend depending on rideshare services.

Perfect. You do not need any prior experience. Everything inside Women Who Rise is guided, trauma-informed, and beginner-friendly.
You’ll be supported every step of the way through practices like breathwork, journaling, somatic release, and energy work. All you need is a willingness to show up and receive.

WHAT IF I BUY MY TICKET AND CAN'T ATTEND?
All ticket sales are final. However, if something comes up and you can no longer attend, we are happy to work with you to gift your ticket to another woman who would benefit from this experience.
